Here is some information about us.

We seek to assist judicatories and churches to recapture the Great Commission.  We believe we must fervently seek the lost coin, and welcome home prodigal daughters and sons.

Jim has worked on urban planning issues in New York City and the Bay Area.  For the last fifteen years he has focused exclusively on developing and growing churches.  He holds degrees from Christian Theological Seminary, Indianapolis (Master of Theological Studies); Pratt Institute, Brooklyn (Master of Science, City and Regional Planning); and Wayne State University, Detroit (Bachelor of Arts).  Jim's experience as a church consultant dates to 1987.

John is a pastor in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A.  He has served four churches and also as Associate for Church Growth and New Church Development at the General Assembly.  His latest pastorate was in Centralia, Washington where he led the church through a process of relocation and recisioning ministry prompted by earthquake damage to their sanctuary.  His previous pastorate was as organizing pastor of the Central Kitsap Presbyterian Church.  He has focused studies in Church Growth and received a D.Min from Louisville Theological Seminary.  The project was a training CD entitled The Pre-Natal Development of New Congregations.  John was the author of the booklet "So You Want to Grow" published by Presbyterian Distribution Service.  John has served the Church for over 39 years.

Sandra brings a unique combination of professional and church experience to the consulting task.  Her experience includes 20 years in church development (new and transformation) at all governing body levels.  Her experience also encompasses knowledge of, and leadership in, diverse groups and settings.   She has worked in the areas of: planning and development of new services, technologies and products; quality and effectiveness assessment; efficient committee and group structure and function; and conflict management.  She holds degrees from the University of Dayton (Bachelor of Science - Electrical Engineering), University of Delaware, (Master of Science-Statistics) and Iowa State University (Bachelor of Science - Mathematics and Statistics).
